No Limit Building Solutions is currently delivering a landmark 6-storey residential unit block in Winston Gardens, combining a concrete and Dincel structural system with high-end interior finishes. From basement wall formation through to full-floor construction, this project demonstrates our capability to self-manage complex, multi-storey builds from the ground up. 31–33 Albert St, Botany 2019 — New Build Duplex
No Limit Building Solutions is delivering a new build duplex at 31–33 Albert St, Botany. The project covers full construction of two attached residences from slab to handover, including site establishment, structural works, façade, internal fit-out, wet areas, kitchens, joinery, and external works.
The Botany 2019 location sits inside a growing pocket of Sydney’s south-east where older single dwellings are being replaced with well-designed duplex pairs. Our build focuses on durable detailing, sensible material selection, and a finish standard that holds up to coastal Sydney conditions.

78 Bream St, Coogee 2034 — Multi-Unit Carpentry and Fit-Out
No Limit Building Solutions is engaged on a multi-unit carpentry and fit-out package at 78 Bream St, Coogee. The works cover internal carpentry, joinery, and finishing trades across multiple units in a single residential building.
Coogee’s older walk-up stock often needs a coordinated carpentry and fit-out program to lift units back to a current standard without disturbing neighbouring residents. We sequence the trades so each unit is taken from strip-out through to handover on a tight, predictable cycle.

A bespoke aquatic wellness installation for a private Eastern Suburbs residence, converting an existing koi pond into a suite of luxury water features — including a 6-man ice bath, a 10-man heated spa with spouts and fluted glass detailing, and a full infinity pool. The heated spa is finished with integrated water spouts and custom fluted glass panels, elevating the feature beyond standard residential construction into genuine luxury territory. The scale and detailing are calibrated for entertaining as much as relaxation.
2-Toned Finger Tile Finish
A consistent 2-toned finger tile palette unifies the ice bath, spa, and infinity pool into a single cohesive design language — a technically demanding installation that rewards the eye at every angle.

Sutherland Shire — Boat Shed and Jetty Renovation
No Limit Building Solutions is completing a boat shed and jetty renovation for the same private Sutherland Shire client engaged on our high-end home renovation. The works cover repair, upgrade, and refinishing of the existing waterfront structures.

Strata remedial work calls for builders who can write a clear scope, work alongside engineers and consultants, manage residents and trading tenants, and complete works without leaving the building exposed.
